Works In Progress & Completed Projects:
- Independence Day Scarf Pattern - free pattern from JoAnn Fabrics or Ravelry
- Modified verson is currently on my needles -- using larger needles than called for in the pattern to improve drape
- Pictured above is the completed version I made, by closely following this pattern
- Yarn used; Lion Brand - Vanna's Glamour
- A review of this pattern, the yarn used along with my recent modifications is covered in detail in episode 5
- My New Design - Knit Striped Fingerless Mitts
- These mitts were designed as a quick knit. They are easy enough for novice knitters to learn how to knit in the round with circular needles. Experienced knitters will find this to be an easy and quick project, too.
- Click Here to download the FREE PDF pattern for these Mitts.
- These mitts were made with Loops & Threads Woolike Yarn. I recently got a wonderful haul of this yarn from Michaels and I review this yarn during this episode.
- Two other Sock Yarns are reviewed during this episode, too. Tune in to this episode to see my experience with these yarns and the socks I made from them!
Circular Knitting Needle Review:
- During this episode I give my opinion of both the 9" and 47" ChiaoGoo Circular Knitting needles. Watch to see what I thought of these needles. You'll be surprised that one of these needles cut 50% off the time it takes to knit a pair of socks; which one was it?
Candle & Wax Melt Haul:

- See all the great candles and wax melts that I got on sale from Bed, Bath & Beyond, Ollies and Dollar General. You'll be surprised at just how little I paid for this haul.
After Christmas Haul
- Tune into this episode to see all the great After Christmas stuff I got for 70% off at Dollar General. Many items can be used year-round.
Sneak-Peak of Upcoming Sewing Project
- Watch this episode for a sneak-peak of the Dish Towel & Hanger that I plan to make soon.
